You don’t need to be in pain to benefit from hands-on healing.
From infancy to end of life, human beings need touch in order to thrive.
Many people receive massage to alleviate discomfort in their bodies. The effects of scar tissue from injury or surgical intervention, chronic repetitive motion, pregnancy-related change, menopause transition, and poor posture can pile up, leaving you rough around the edges.
Massage can also be a balm for chronic anxiety and stress, a source of comfort for caregivers or those who live alone, and an invitation to shift your nervous system away from fight or flight toward rest and healing.
Whether you crave a slow, flowy Swedish massage to unwind or a focused, deep tissue session to ease a specific pain point, skilled healing touch is good medicine!
My Modalities & Techniques:
Swedish massage
Deep tissue massage for a specific problem area
Prenatal and postpartum massage
Reiki
Stress management
Mindfulness, breathwork, body-mind connection
Conditions and Populations I Treat:
Chronic pain from injury, surgical intervention, trauma
Pregnancy & postpartum

My massage therapy sessions give you time to:

Embody how you would like to feel moving forward
Receive skilled, caring touch that supports your body's innate wisdom to rest, repair, and heal so that you can feel the way you want to feel
It is my deepest wish that you keep your bodywork sessions as priorities on your calendar. While I know "life happens" and schedules can change on a dime, I get paid only if you come in for your appointment. If you need to rebook your visit, please do so as soon as possible. I appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment for reasons other than the acute onset of illness. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the visit. To help avoid confusion and missed visits, I've done my very best to ensure that appointment confirmation and reminder emails land in your inbox in a timely manner. Thank you for honoring this policy.
Speaking of email, PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER YOURS CORRECTLY WHEN YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT so that confirmation and reminder emails route to your inbox.
I accept personal checks, cash (exact change please), Venmo, and credit cards for payment. Gratuities are appreciated at your discretion.
