Beth Pruski and Jen Brennan first met as moms of grade-school, soccer playing sons and later bonded as yoga teachers and friends. Beth and Jen combine deep respect for the teachings of yoga with their heart-centered capacity to hold space for groups of people. Both are passionate about the outdoors, appreciate how seasonal changes mirror human cycles of life, and prioritize creating inclusive healing spaces.
