give a gift of wellness

Did you get a bajillion Black Friday emails this past weekend?

Yeah, me too and I sent 99.9% of those noisy-ass sales pitches right to the trash.

Not one big box message was read nor clicked open.

The only holiday shopping ads I read were from service providers I know and trust.

I bought myself sessions with a healer I work with a few times a year.

I donated money to a charity uplifting youth in my community.

This weekend I'll head to downtown Silver Spring to browse the wares of local artisans and entrepreneurs at "An Analog Holiday Market" on Gist Avenue.

The coffee I sip while I shop will be from the local bean roaster.

As a small business person who values quality connections and building trust with clientele, I like to both promote and buy from other independent and non-profit orgs who share my vision for doing good.

I like to put my money where my heart is.

If you're looking to gift an experience over an object, I've got massage and private yoga gifts for your beloveds this holiday season (or anytime thereafter).

To order your gift, complete my gift certificate request form.

Please consider keeping some of your spending local this holiday season. It makes a big difference to those of us who choose to do big work in tiny packages.

Above all, I hope you'll make purchases that align with your greatest good and the good of others, with harm to none.

Because really, if I've been paying attention all these years, that is what the spirit of the season is all about.

Wishing you joy in the everyday, vibrant health, and peace in your heart,

Jennifer (she/her)

P.S.: Did you see the line up above where I said I bought myself something? Yes, yes I did! Taking care of myself first means I can take care of those around me just a little bit better. I hope you'll do the same!
