This class features:
Alternate nostril breathing for balance and calm
Fun, feel-good practices to soothe the trigeminal nerve and relieve jaw and face tension
Slow, yummy moves to mobilize and open hips
Suggestions to make all poses comfortable with the use of yoga props or common household items like pillows and blankets
Grab a tissue (you’ll find out why you need it!), pillows, a blanket, and yoga blocks (or books) on which to rest your hands if needed.
