Part of the autumn 2025 “Gentle Yoga for Sweet Slumber” series, this hour-long practice incorporates easy going movement with 2 restorative poses and a guided body scan during Savasana.

This class features:

  • Alternate nostril breathing for balance and calm

  • Fun, feel-good practices to soothe the trigeminal nerve and relieve jaw and face tension

  • Slow, yummy moves to mobilize and open hips

  • Suggestions to make all poses comfortable with the use of yoga props or common household items like pillows and blankets

Grab a tissue (you’ll find out why you need it!), pillows, a blanket, and yoga blocks (or books) on which to rest your hands if needed.
