Part of the autumn 2025 “Gentle Yoga for Sweet Slumber” series, this full-length practice includes soft, steady movement to release tension from major muscle groups and joints before transitioning to restorative poses to soothe your nervous system.

If you have yoga props, grab 2 blocks (books work too!), 1-2 bed pillows, and a blanket.
