This class features functional movement practices that you'll encounter in your everyday activities--stepovers, staying balanced on one foot on uneven and flat surfaces, getting into and out of a chair without using your hands (with both feet and on one foot)--married with breath practices that promote strength without rigidity.
You'll need a chair, nonskid floor surface, blanket or towel, a block or thick sturdy book, and a few household objects (cans or bags from your pantry work!) to step over.
