This month in my group yoga classes, we will focus on gratitude. Cultivating thankful appreciation for what one receives is a healthy step toward physical and mental well-being. Gratitude helps us feel more positive emotions and relish the simple moments of our lives.

We will also explore the concept of receiving, as gratitude and receptivity are often intertwined. We'll practice because so many of us struggle to simply receive, myself included!

My classes are a mindful, gentler flow style with moments of stillness to balance movement. Mudra (hand gestures) and mantra to support opening to gratefulness and receiving will be woven through classes all month.
