For What Are You Grateful?
Jennifer Brennan | NOV 23, 2020
My kids and I have a long-standing tradition at the dinner table. Whether it's been a good day or one full of challenge, we each share something for which we are thankful. On occasion, this practice is met with eye rolling, mostly from the teen boy I call my son, but always there is much for which we are grateful.

Gratitude is the heartfelt appreciation for the tangible and intangible gits we all have. People who regularly vocalize or write down things for which they are grateful report feeling greater levels of peace and happiness. The more I practice gratitude, the more goodness I seem to attract!
Even in difficult times (like most of 2020), if you look closely enough I bet you'll discover at least one pearl of goodness in your life.
Here's just a few things for which I am grateful:
I wonder how it would feel if you took time each day to reflect on what you appreciate. My hunch is that you'd strengthen your gratitude muscles, feel a little more joy, and maybe begin to live from an abundance mindset.
I'd love to hear from you! What 5 things are you most thankful for right now?
Stay healthy and safe. Wear your masks. Celebrate the holidays mindfully and safely.
Sending you all much love,
Jennifer
