Mid-Week Gentle Yoga Flow

Moderately paced gentle yoga flow to stretch, strengthen, and bring mindful awareness to the body. Bring your curiosity, a yoga or exercise mat, a towel or blanket, strap or scarf, and yoga blocks (or 2 books of similar size) to class.

This class is best suited for individuals who can move between a variety of positions including standing, kneeling, hands and knees, sitting, and laying on the back and belly.
